    • The cost of shipping is calculated based on various factors, including the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.

    • Additionally, a nominal fee may be included to cover the cost of packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, sturdy boxes, and other materials necessary to ensure the safe delivery of your artwork.

  2. International Shipping:

    • For international orders, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country and any applicable customs fees or import duties.

    • We strive to provide accurate shipping estimates for international orders, taking into account both the shipping distance and any additional fees required for customs clearance.

Refunds for Overpayment:

  1. Transparency and Fairness:

    • We are committed to transparency and fairness in our shipping practices. If you have overpaid for shipping due to an error in our calculations or if the actual shipping cost is lower than initially estimated, you will be refunded the excess amount on the day of the shipment.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Any overpayment for shipping will be promptly refunded to you using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds and Replacements:

Ready-to-Purchase Pieces:

For ready-to-purchase pieces, refunds are not typically offered unless the artwork arrives damaged.
Damaged Artworks:

In the event of damage during transit, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

We will promptly arrange for a replacement piece of equal value to be provided.

Commissions and Collaborations:
We cherish the opportunity to collaborate with you on commissioned artworks. Our commitment to collaboration is ongoing, ensuring that your vision is realized to its fullest potential. Throughout the commission process, we encourage open communication and feedback. Your input is invaluable in shaping the final artwork to reflect your unique vision and style. In special circumstances where adjustments or revisions are desired after the completion of a commissioned piece, we are committed to working with you to achieve your desired outcome.
