Any artwork purchased is in agreement with the following: 1. Copyright Ownership: The Artist (Shannon O'Rourke) retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the Artwork. The Buyer acknowledges that the purchase of the Artwork does not include the transfer of any copyright or reproduction rights. 2. Reproduction Restrictions: The Buyer agrees not to reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the Artwork without the prior written consent of the Artist. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the Artwork is strictly prohibited. 3. Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Artist from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to any unauthorized reproduction or use of the Artwork by the Buyer.
